Avoid Drink at This Situation

7 time must avoid drink

1. Once you wake up. (But you can drink water before breakfast)

2. Once out of the bathroom

3. After eating the fruit.

4. After exercise, doing heavy work. ( can drink after take a rest for a while)

5. During the middle of the meal. (drink after 3 minute you finish your meal)

6. Before or after eating. ( But you can drink well for a period of 30 minutes before and after meals).

7. After 11 p.m.
